The Virgin and Child in a landscape with the Annunciation to the Shepherds in the background

The arrangement of the figures in the present picture is clearly inspired by Drer's engraving of The Madonna with the Monkey (Bartsch, VII, part I, no. 42) but with the composition reversed. The artist of this picture has also replaced the monkey with a dog and introduced the Annunciation to the Shepherds in the background.
