A FRANCO-FLEMISH BRASS-MOUNTED KINGWOOD COFFER
Late 17th Century
The rectangular hinged lid and fall-front enclosing a deep compartment and a lidded compartment concealing a secret drawer above a pair of small drawers concealing further secret compartmetns, with carrying handles and fleur-de-lys hinges, interior of lid with a brass plaque inscribed 'Presented to Mr. and Mrs. Thomas J. Watson by the members of I.B.M.-Holland, Amsterdam July 22nd 1950'
