A GERMAN SILVER HANUKAH LAMP
Frankfurt 18th century, maker's mark FB
The rectangular platform inset with eight spoon form oil wells, with hinged cover, the four supports formed a lion rampant holding a shield, the part openwork, arched, back-plate center chased with menorah enclosed by rocaille and flanked by paired stags rampant, all topped by a crown--7in. long X 6in. high, (17.8cm. and 17.2cm.) high, 11oz.
