Maker's mark apparently that of H. Salisbury, New York, circa 1830, overstruck by Tiffany & Co.
Oval, with dished center and lobed sides, chased iwth differing blossom sprig, and twice with vacant shaped oval cartouche, with applied rocaille wavy rim, on molded oval base with conforming decoration, with elaborate part openwork folate scroll swing handle--12in. (31.8 cm.) long, 29oz.
