240 Q, with skeletonised nickel-finished lever movement, 27 jewels, 22K gold rotor, the silvered matt dial with applied baton numerals, gilt dauphine hands, three subsidiary dials indicating day combined with 24 hour display, month combined with leap year indicator, phases of the moon combined with date, the circular case with glazed snap on back (Ref. 3940), together with an 18K gold Patek Philippe buckle, Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin, original fitted wooden presentation box and outer packaging, case, dial and movement signed
