27-70 Q, with circular skeletonised nickel-finished lever movement, 24 jewels, Gyromax balance, free sprung regulator, the silvered matt dial with applied Arabic numerals, silvered moon-style hands, windows for day and month, three subsidiary dials indicating constant seconds combined with 24 hour display, 30 minutes register combined with leap year indicator, date combined with phases of the moon, the cushion-shaped case with enlarged bezel, glazed snap on back (Ref. 5020), two round chronograph buttons in the band, together with a platinum Patek Philippe buckle, Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin, original fitted wooden presentation box and outer packaging, case, dial and movement signed
