Circa 1835, maker's mark P beneath an eagle
On three paw feet with winged lion masks terminals, the circular base and rim chased with palm leaves and guilloche and beaded band, the replacement glass body cut with hobnails and enclosed with three anthemion straps, with three bird's head and scroll handles and swan finial, marked on body, cover and finial
