A FRENCH GILT-BRASS AND CHAMPLEVÉ ENAMEL MANTEL CLOCK

The movement (restored), striking on a single bell, with gilt-brass chapter-ring inscribed Edward & Sons, Paris, centred by a champlevé enamel roundel, in square-section case, the pilasters with Ionic capitals, the moulded rectangular cornice surmounted by turned urn and leaf-cast finials, centred by a shaped pediment with further similar finial, on spreading rectangular base and bun feet
