Maker's mark Johannes Buys, Dordrecht, 1824 and apparently unmarked, 19th Century
The first of oblong form, on four ball feet, with reeded and spreading base, the body compressed and with reeded spreading upperrim; and a boat-shaped basket on strepped and reeded oval base, the upperrim pierced and with beaded border
