Of oblong form, the mounts reeded, the cover depicting the Fieldmarshall Leopoldus Josephus Maria Duke of Dam in full lenght on horseback, bordered by a scrolling foliate- and shell-shaped cartouche and a shaped cartouche below inscribed with text
