Maker's mark DP in hexagonal angle (Stuyck 3273) also struck with the mark of B. van Boshardt Gent, 1813/1830
The oval shaped box with moulded bands around the silver mounts inlaid with a carved mother of pearl plaque at the cover depicting 'The Massacre of the Infants', the bottom engraved with monogram
