A dutch ormolu-mounted mahogany, harewood and amaranth commode
Late 18th Century
Cross-banded overall and inlaid with cut-cornered panels and fruitwood lines, the grey-veined white marble top above three frieze drawers and two long drawers, the sides with simulating fluting, on square tapering legs headed by a patera, and terminating in bell feet, minor restorations
