The moulded rectangular cornice above a plain frieze and a pair of panelled doors enclosing thirteen folio racks, twenty-four lettered pigeon-holes, above nine further pigeon-holes flanked by a door to each side enclosing two recesses and five small drawers, above five short drawers, the lower section with two doors enclosing three shelves, on a moulded plinth base, one drawer with paper label to the underside 'George Mansfield MORRISTOWN LATTIN'
