by the Popov Factory, Moscow, mid-19th century
Cylindrical, the spreading base painted with garden flowers on black grounds in six compartments borders by gilt scrolls on white ground, the column painted with two cartouches of garden flowers on white ground within gilt rococco floral and scroll borders on green ground, with gilt stylized leaf mounts and socket, marked under bases
