with a gilt leaf moulded strap handle, on three paw feet, pierced with three apertures and two lesser above a pen tray, painted in pale-blue and white enamels with trailing flowers, within gilt line rims, circa 1820 (wells and sander deficient, minor damage and wear) -- 17.7cm. wide
