Lot Essay

Designed and built by G.Inman at Lymington in 1861, Zelia was registered at 102 tons gross and measured 81½ feet in length with a 17½ foot beam. Rigged as a screw schooner, she changed owners several times and was successively renamed Elsa and then Noel before disappearing from record.
