A roironuri ground dressing table set
with three drawers to the front, decorated in gold, silver, iroe hiramakie, togidashi and kirigane with sprays of various flowers and thistles, metal and bronze inlay to the cover, detachable mirror stand to the cover, separate silver mirror decorated in relief with crane and minogame among pine, inscribed 'Tagawa Izumi no kami Fujiwara Yoshishige', set in a lacquer case similarly decorated -- the box and stand 26in. (66cms) high, late 18th century, (some flaking and old wear).
