A famille verte powder blue ground dish
painted and gilt to the centre with a leaf shaped panel containing a bird in flight above peonies issuing from rockwork, all within a border of quatrefoil panels of further peonies, chrysanthemums, dianthus and lotus -- 16¼in. (41.3cm.) diam; and a famille rose octagonal dish decorated with two cows beside plantain and peonies issuing from rockwork, numerous insects in flight and amongst the flowers and leaves -- 13¼in. (33.6cm.) diam, both 18th Century, (the later restored). (2)
