modelled after Acier, as a mother and daughter standing over a basket of broken eggs, Cupid presenting an egg to the mother, the daughter with head turned and a putto among her skirts, on oval gilt-line base with reeded frieze, blue crossed swords, 'II' and star marks, early 19th century (some small areas of restoration) -- 24cm. high
