A 3-inch (7.6cm.) diameter terrestrial globe, the wooden globe covered with twelve printed paper gores (three gores covering the Atlantic Ocean and most of Europe missing entirely, further paper loss, discolouration cracks and abrasions, axis pin missing), the equator and ecliptic graduated in degrees, Tasmania labelled Van Diemens L., the Antarctic continent incomplete and labelled Wilkes L. (half missing), continents uncoloured, showing rivers and major cities, with no national or state boundary delineation, in late twentieth century square wooden box.
