A Beijing blue-overlay glass snuff-bottle
modelled as an apple, carved in relief with leafy branches on a mottled pink and partly opaque white ground, green glass stopper simulating the stalk -- 1¼.in (3.2cm) high, (small nicks to extremeties); and a green-overlay and opaque white glass bottle in the form of a gourd, the top and stopper simulating the leaves and stalk -- 3½.in (8.9cm) high, 18th/19th century.
