Architectural studies including several views of castles, the Crystal Palace, views around Edinburgh and Glasgow, Tay Bridge, river scenes and waterfall studies including Inversnaid Falls, views of lochs, an image of a ferry boat crossing the water with two horse-drawn carriages filled with people, cityscapes, street scenes, and an image of an open grave at a Spanish cemetery filled with skulls and bones.
