With highly polished waisted blade of flattened diamond section cut with two converging fullers over most of its length on each side, moulded waisted ricasso, the hilt with foliate engraved curved gilt-metal quillons and pommel-cap with knurled button terminal, and swelling ivory grip of flattened oval section, in original velvet-lined bright steel scabbard with gilt-metal frog button and throat mount, the latter engraved en suite with the hilt, in fine condition overall
