A photograph album containing seventy-one previously unpublished snap-shots taken by a fan in circa 1966-1967, comprising forty-four black and white shots and twenty-seven colour shots, each -- 3½x3½in. (9x9cm.); the majority of shots taken in Surrey at John Lennon's and Ringo Starr's homes 'Kenwood' and 'Sunny Heights' in the St. George's Hill Estate, Weybridge and George Harrison's home 'Kinfauns' in the Claremont Estate, Esher, nine of the shots including John Lennon - three of these signed by subject, five including Ringo Starr - one of these signed by subject, three including George Harrison and one including Julian Lennon, other subjects include: various shots of the exterior of 'Kenwood', Julian's psychedelic gypsy caravan, John's psychedelic Rolls Royce, John's swimming pool, exterior shots of 'Sunny Heights' and 'Kinfauns' including a shot of George and Patti's bedroom, George's swimming pool and his psychedelic Mini Cooper, McCartney's house at 7 Cavendish Ave, W.1., the exterior of the Apple Shop, 94 Baker St., W.1. showing The Fool's psychedelic mural; and an enlarged black and white shot of Lennon standing in the porch at Kenwood, signed by subject in blue ballpoint pen -- 9½x7¾in. Lot Essay

The avid Beatles fan who collected the autographs and took the snap-shots in this collection, recalled that on the whole The Beatles were pretty relaxed about posing for photographs on their own doorsteps. She said that the first time one of The Beatles opened their door to her she nearly fainted!
