The circular plateau with six oval medallions of female figures centred by a circular medallion of Louis XVI, inscribed Louis XVI/Duchesse de Berry/Lamballe/Genlis/Dumoulin/Elisabeth/Antoinette, with the imitation interlaced L mark, above a frieze with festoons and foliate medallions, on three fluted tapering legs each headed by a mask above a Corinthian capital, joined by a foliate stretcher centred by a baluster-shaped brle parfum with pine cone finial, on castors
