A bronze suzuribako
decorated in blue, green and pink enamels with Mount Fuji above the pine groves of Miho, the interior lined in black and gold lacquered hemp, the wooden base fitted with a slate suzuri, the suiteki decorated in coloured enamels with plovers over drying fish nets -- 10in. (26.7cm) wide, 19th Century, two impressed sealmarks to the base, Ando Jubei and his studio, (minor scratches to the base).
