Of oval sarcophagus form, the hinged lid with double mask handle surrounded by portrait medallions and oval reserves centering allegorical scenes depicting animals hunting and mice hanging a cat from a gallow, the foliate-carved body centering a mask with ruffled collar flanked to each end by animal mask handles, on a spreading oval base and leaf-carved bun feet
