Two similar Meissen two-handled ovoid vases
each painted with a broad band of sprays of flowers above gilt fluted lower section, gadrooned knop stems and domed gilt fluted foot with stiff-leaf band, applied with spiralling serpent handles with acanthus leaf terminals, blue crossed swords, incised marks and Pressnummern, late 19th century, fitted as lamps -- 39cm. high (2)
