Woven and brocaded in silver metal threads, fris and blue silks with a double serpentine ribbon meander interspersed with large sprays of stylised flowers, the field woven with self-coloured clover leaves, with three matching shaped panels
21 in. x 54 in. (55 cm. x 137 cm.);
two lengths of pale blue silk woven and brocaded in silver and gilt metal threads with meandering ribbon trails, with flourishes and sprouting exotic flowers, with a shadow flush pattern with architectural features in the ground, mid-18th Century, pieced and shaped
21 in. x 49 in. (55 cm. x 126 cm.), 21 in. x 42 in. (55 cm. x 108 cm.),
with matching fragment; and two other panels of blue satin woven with gilt metal scrolls and foliage, probably early 18th Century, damaged and repairs
