A 13 inch (33cm.) diameter terrestrial globe, made up of twelve printed and paper gores, the landmasses showing some mountain ranges, principal railways, nations variously coloured, the oceans showing currents and trade winds, steamship and cable routes, telegraph lines, and the great wall of China indicated, with brass meridian circle provided in four quadrants on reproduction ebonised wood stand, with four tapering and turned legs united by bobbin turned stretchers

and a companion brass armillary sphere with facsimile 3 inch (7.6cm.) diameter terrestrial globe the Zodiac ring with signs mounted on a similar ebonised stand to make a pair (2)
