Mid 18th Century, apparently unmarked, spoon with maker's mark IVN
Each formed as a lion's head above a hinged oval base; the ncessaire fitted with steel and silver implements including scissors, a pen-knife, tweezers, a needle, a spoon, a pencil-holder, and writing tablet; both with brilliant-set eyes,--3in. (8.8cm.) and 3in. (7.6cm.) long (2)
