Shaped oval, on four ball feet, the molded rim with scrolls and shells alternating with rococo cartouches, the field chased with panels of foliage on a matted ground enclosed by fish scales and trelliswork and enclosing an engraved initial R, with two bracket handles with scroll joins, marked on reverse
