A famille verte armorial dish
Kangxi
Enamelled to the centre with a coat-of-arms surrounded by feathery mantling below a helmet and a beacon with banderole inscribed Nisi Dominus, four floral cartouches on a trellis ground enriched with rosettes, the everted rim with two dragons contesting a flaming pearl, and cranes and fish above crested waves (rim restoration, some frittings)

Lot Essay
