Early 19th Century, perhaps Irish
Of club shape with hammered flutes to the lower part, engraved with a sailing ship, the reverse with a sprig within a sunburst cartouche flanked by tied branches and thistle and beneath the initials P.V.R, the neck with three annulated collars, with bull's eye stopper (small chip to rim)
