Pedro Ximenez Relinquia Barbadillo This comes from a few, small, very old Pedro Ximenez casks from Don Antonio Barbadillo Ambassy's Estate. He inherited these from Don Rafael Teran Carrera, brother of the builder of the famous Barbadillo cellar, "La Arboledilla", constructed in 1877. These very old Sherries have matured in the Pedro Ximenez "solera" in the "Potro" cellar located in the Sevilla street formed in 1921. This cellar was acquired two days before the death of Don Antonio Barbadillo Ambrossy. Intense and very dark mahogany colour with hints of topaz and iodine at the rim. On the nose it has complex and extremely rich raisin aromas, figs, toffee and chocolates. On the palate it is dense and extremely rich with harmonious flavours of delicate raisins and chocolate
