A MUGHAL-STYLE JADEITE FLATTENED BALUSTER VASE AND COVER

The thin sides crisply carved with a stylised taotie band around the body between formalised scrolls, the waisted neck with lotus sprays between intricately pierced floral handles suspending loose rings at the sides, the domed cover with a matching flower-finial flanked with scrolling leaves suspending loose rings, a long chain attached to the ring handles of one side, the semi-translucent stone of sea-green colour with some clouding, russet and apple green inclusions
