The later shaped rectangular plate within a pierced frame hung with fruit, flowers and birds surmounted by a pierced cresting of rocaille and flowers, fruit and a ho-ho bird

Almost certainly Sir William Coles Medlycott, 2nd Bt. (d. 1882).
