the centre painted with Cupid in a chariot drawn by serpents, beneath a border painted in iron-red with a band of interlocking diamonds betweeen concentric gilt bands and stylised flowerheads and foliage, blue shield mark, Pressnummern, incised 3, circa 1802 (very minor surface scratching) -- 25cm. diam
