The two volumes record the meetings of the L & PPA and include printed reports of meetings extracted from photographic journals of the period and related material. Each hand-written minute is signed by the respective meeting chairman and includes such luminaries as E. J. Wall, Thomas Bedding, A. L. Henderson, W. D. Welford, F. Haes and others.
