An English pearlware transfer-printed flared spill vase
printed in puce with a quarter-length portrait of George III wearing military uniform titled His Sacred Majesty KING GEORGE III, the reverse with a vignette of a bucolic scene, between black line rims, circa 1820 (minor chips and crack) -- 13cm. high; and a nursery plate printed in black with a similar print, the border moulded with a band of leaves and flowers, circa 1820 (rim chip) -- 15.2cm. diam.
