possibly Scottish, moulded with a quarter-length profile portrait of Queen Caroline wearing a plumed hat above a titled banner, the border moulded with crowns issuing roses and thistles and Prince of Wales feathers, enriched in colours and pink lustre, circa 1820 (minor rubbing) -- 21cm. diam.
