printed in purple with a quarter-length portrait of Victoria below a crown, inscribed VICTORIA REGINA, Crowned 28th of June 1838. Born 24th May 1819. Proclaimed 20th June 1837., within a fluted border moulded with roses and flowers, impressed mark, circa 1838 (minor hairline cracks) -- 16cm. diam.
