of three bays and three stories with architectural details at back and front, carrying handles at the sides and three shaped rooms with back windows sliding out at the back, arranged as kitchen, drawing room and bedroom, furniture and chattels including: painted milk glass, English varnished bed, sofa and sideboard, red painted German upholstered chairs, wood barrel of fruit, plaster food, Evans & Cartwright fireplaces, dressing mirror and four rush seated chairs, copper coal scuttle, shaving mirror, Waltershausen dressing and sewing tables and a tinplate toast rack -- 34in. (96cm.) high, 17in. (45cm.) wide and 16in. (42cm.) deep (dusty and with some damages to house and furniture)

Provenance
Ann Maria Balcomb, known as 'Annie' was born on 28th April 1843, in Rochester, Kent. She was the elder daughter of five boys and two girls, although four of the boys died in infancy. Annie married Willian Williams Roberts, a lace agent and had a son William in July 1872 and died a widow in 1912. A carte de visite photograph of Annie is included in the lot.
