With rounded body and vertical neck, a raised rib at the juncture of the two, with thickened everted lip and dragon headed handle on short foot, the body completely covered and originally inlaid with gold and silver complex scrolling arabesque interlace, a band of shaped inscription cartouches around the middle, the neck with similar decoration, the underside of the foot with a six-pointed engraved flowerhead, rubbed, the surface subsequently tinned, occasional traces of original inlay, handle probably replaced
