the inkwell of rectangular form and engraved with foliate designs, the cover inset with a German porcelain panel depicting men drinking in a tavern, on ball and rope feet, the interior with twin wells -- 6in. (16cm.) wide; and a pen tray, also of rectangular form, inset with a conforming painted porcealin panel depicting men dining -- 9in. (24cm.) wide
