4o (240 x 180 mm). [8 mostly blank] + 64 + [8 blank] + 37 + 6 leaves. Brown ink. Ashkenazic semi-cursive script. (Some browning of the text area due to ink corrosion, some dampstaining, otherwise good condition.) Modern blind and gold-tooled dark brown morocco, two modern paper flyleaves at back and front (misnumbered 115 on the spine, due to a mix-up with the actual no. 115, containing the same text, during the recent rebinding).
