A GEORGE III SILVER CRUET FRAME
Maker's mark of Hester Bateman, London, 1786, bottle mounts and covers unmarked
Oval, with wood base, on four claw and ball supports, the sides pierced and engraved with guilloche band between flowerhead borders, with upper beaded rim, the center with spreading tubular stand topped by engraved shaped ring handle, lower stem applied with openwork dividing frame for the six cut-glass bottles, two with pierced domed covers, four silver mounted --7in. (19cm.) long
