A SET OF FOUR GEORGE IV SILVER-PLATED COVERED ENTREE DISHES

Each cushion shaped with incurved corners, the cover engraved one side Presented to Lient Col Anstin by the Officers of the 97th DEPOT in token of their esteem for his PUBLIC CHARACTER AS AN OFFICER and his private worth as a Man, the other side with coat-of-arms, two badges, motto and crest, (the arms are apparently that of Browne, Essex), with applied foliate shell and gadrooned rims and molding, with detachable acorn and oak branch loop handle--12in.
