Unused on cover / entire letter 1873 (15 Jan.) mourning envelope to Barbados, bearing 1d. strip of four, [21-24], [24] with throat flaw, twice cancelled "TI" and showing Turks Islands double-arc d.s. at lower left corner, St. Thomas and Barbados c.d.s. on reverse; the strip with a few light stains and one stamp with tear at top, the envelope with small faults.
