A set of twelve Dutch mahogany dining-chairs
Six late 18th Century, six of later date
Comprising an open armchair and eleven chairs, each with pierced arched back with baluster spindles, above a curved seat, six chairs covered in green velvet, the others covered in red velvet, above a fluted seat-rail, on square fluted tapering legs, terminating in moulded feet, variations in the carving of the legs, restorations, with paper label to the reverse of the seat-rail, inscribed Hofleverancier/Fa. A.C. Beeling & Zn./Antiquairs/Leeuwarden (12)
